The 12 Storey Hall of Residence at Coleg Harlech designed by Colwyn Foulkes and Partners and opened in 1968 is faced with pre-cast aggregate panels and cast concrete windows. The entrance is on the fifth floor which is accessed by a footbridge from the cliffside to the rear of the building.
